How does the process of issuing a B1 work visa work
– Required Documents:
1.- Step 1. Obtain and sign an Employment Contract and a Letter of Invitation to Work
- You receive two original copies of the employment contract and the Letter of Invitation to Work. Please sign the employment contract and the Letter of Invitation. The candidates signature on the Employment Contract must be notarized.
- Step 2. Prepare and send documents for visa verification
- Please prepare the documents and send them to the Israel Employer Visa Department for review and verification. The list of documents is below.

- Step 3. Registration at the Israel Visa Application Centre or the Consular Service of the Israeli Embassy.
- After checking and verifying your documents, we will register you at the Israel Visa Application Centre and/or the Consular Service of the Israeli Embassy in your country.
- Step 4. Receiving confirmation of registration
- The Israeli Ministry of Interior Directorate sends the candidate’s Employment Permits to the Embassy and the Visa Application Centre electronically.
- After successful registration at the Israeli Visa Application Centre and/or the Embassy’s Consular Service, you will receive an SMS message on your phone with the date and time of your visit to the Visa Application Centre and/or the Consular Service.
- Step 5. Submitting documents to the Visa Application Centre and/or Consular Service of the Embassy of Israel
- The candidate independently submits a package of documents for obtaining a visa to the Israeli Visa Application Center and/or the Consular Service of the Israeli Embassy on the appointed date.
- Step 6. Passing the medical commission
- The Israel Visa Application Centre and/or the Consular Service of the Embassy of Israel will register you for a medical examination at a Certified Medical Centre in your country.
- Step 7. Obtaining a B1 Work Visa
- Contact the Israel Visa Application Centre and/or the Consulate of the Israeli Embassy to pick up your Passport with the issued B1 Work Visa. When your visa is issued, you will receive an SMS notification on your phone.

- After successfully completing the internship, we offer you to extend the Employment Contract for 12 months with a salary increase.

- Housing for overseas workers
- All candidates employed in Israel are offered complimentary accommodation throughout the duration of their employment contract. This accommodation is provided in family-style hostels and apartments, which contain shared rooms for 2-3 individuals, with designated men’s, women’s, and family rooms. Each apartment is equipped with essential amenities, including hot and cold water, a fully furnished kitchen (stove, refrigerator), air conditioning in every room, a television in the common area, Wi-Fi access, a bathroom, toilet facilities, and a washing machine. Additionally, each individual receives one set of bed linens and a complete set of dishes.
