Responsibilities

• Able to perform complete machine production operation for different types of bags SOS. Satchel,Film front & Handle Machines
• Should Set up machinery for operation and adjust machinery when necessary to improve performance.
• Accountable for daily production, output target & scrap %
• Should be able to understand and perform the required setting on the machine for uninterrupted production.
• Should establish correct glue setting on the product and should perform regular quality checks as per SOP.
• Track and monitor the daily glue consumption and correct glue in used on the different stage of the process.
• To ensure Correct quantity of bags as per given in product specification to be packed and required
• details should be recorded on the production report.
• Proper & correct labelling to be done on the produced finished products.
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Required Skills

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience on the Paper Bag machines.
• Understanding of production and plant processes.
• Analytical and numerical skills: the ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract,multiply, divide) in different units of measurement.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)

Competencies

• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.

 Salary – AED1200 to 1500
 Working Hour- 9 plus 1-hour break
 Contract duration – 2 years
 Nationality -only Indian, Nepalese, Sri Lankan
